Round Robin will be taught Thursday afternoon by Krisanne Watkins. (pictured- Christmas and Route 66 Round Robins)
Who lives in your neighborhood? My neighbors happen to be very colorful people!
In this, the fourth installment of the Panguitch Round Robin, we will be creating neighborhoods for each other via the composition of hue enriched abodes, businesses, and other colorful items . Prior to class, you will make up to 16 focus blocks, all the same or similar of focus blocks based on houses or other buildings. These blocks will represent your best work, with lots of creative touches. You will also stitch up to 16 smaller filler blocks of your own design of items found in a typical neighborhood such as animals, trees, sheds, etc.
When we get together in Panguitch in June, you will come with up to 32 completed blocks to trade with the other members of our group. A “map” will be provided in class also with the layout of our neighborhood. You may bring your machine to class and most likely will complete your quilt center there.
This is a lot of work prior to the Quilt Walk, but you will go home with a completely pieced quilt center! Please join us for a fun adventure.
Complete details will be posted when registration opens in February.
